Assisted in leading a marketing campaign to participate in Immigrant Heritage Month. Every Avantpage team member wrote a letter to #ToImmigrantsWithLove, a project by Define American and I Am An Immigrant. This campaign was significant in aligning the company's core values and brand story to the public. It was a critical time in our country to speak out about standing with immigrants and not against them. This campaign increased the adoption of the re-brand and increased brand awareness, tracked through a 5% increase in social media followers.
