Identified Justin's current audience and what his best performing content was on all platforms. I created a social media strategy that focused on his content pillars with his audience in mind. These pillars were then implemented throughout all content, and we saw an increase in reach, engagement, and followers.
I identified that Justin's account was not utilizing new features on social platforms. From my experience and research, I implemented these new features to increase algorithm reach for the best optimization. For example, we saw an increase in video views when we used IG reels for the previously-used content that used "IGTV."
Review and assess current social media strategy by auditing content and analyzing past and present analytics. Create and implement a new strategy focused on the following goals:
1. Increase Justin's Instagram followers and continue to grow his TikTok audience.
2. Increase overall brand awareness across all platforms by engaging the audience with the four content pillars, which will lead to an increase in engagement.
3. Use the Community platform to leverage growth, brand awareness, and fan engagement by creating new challenges and campaigns.
