Slightly Crooked: Personal Project
When I was 16, I underwent a 9-hour spinal fusion surgery at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford for my scoliosis. I am forever grateful to the team at Lucile Packard for helping my family afford the procedure and accommodations. My scoliosis experience helped inspire my journey to tell stories that focus on leaving a positive impact on the world.
