1. I pitched best practices for short-form video content to the production and marketing team.
2. I identified the current format of video we were using and explained why the videos were not performing as intended.
3. Once approved to test this new form of content, I collaborated with the marketing team to help identify scene lifts and "mic drop" moments in weekly episodes.
4. Additionally, I tracked top "trends" that we could incorporate into production with talent that best fit the brand voice.
5. To ensure results, we facilitated a meeting with our TikTok representative to pitch our new format ideas and hear about the best strategy for podcast channels.
6. Once the digital assets are acquired, I would edit the scene lifts in Adobe Premiere Pro.
7. Then, I would use the in-app text overlay to reach a broader audience on TikTok before posting.
